Returns and exchange

Cancel my order?

If you haven’t completed your order yet, you can cancel it anytime by simply removing the selected items from your cart. If you already completed your order and want to cancel it, please send us an email as soon as possible to info@odeata.com ! If your order hasn’t been shipped already, we will cancel your order and refund you your money. If your order has already been shipped and is on its way, you will have to wait for your order to arrive and then send it back at your cost. We will refund your money within 2 weeks (without the shipping costs) to your account when the items return back to our studio undamaged. If the items arrive damaged, you are not eligible for full refund.

RETURNS POLICY,

If you don’t like some item(s) you’ve ordered and received, there is no need to worry. We do our very best to capture and show each piece of their true beauty, through photos and accurate descriptions of colour, materials and sizes. However, the real life touch and feel can be hard to replace and we want you to love our ceramics as much as we do!

If you are not satisfied with the item (s) purchased, for whatever reason, you can return them to us for a refund or exchange! All we ask is that you inform us by email within 3 days of receiving the item and return the items within 5 working days from the date you originally received the order.

Items can only be returned/exchanged if they were purchased from our website.

Simply return the item(s) to the address below, in unused condition and in the original, undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality) and we will organize a refund or exchange. Refunds will not include the original postage and handling costs. Please keep in mind that until the goods are received by us in undamaged condition, the responsibility of the goods remains with you.

Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt by us of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. Please note that return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Damaged Goods In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged, please send us an email within 24 hours of the receipt of the goods to info@odeata.com, take a photo of your damaged item and attach it to your email. We take great care in packaging the ceramics as safely as possible. Each piece is carefully wrapped. If the box, containing your item, is also damaged, please take a photo of it too and send it to us. Please, do not forget to include your order number. After we receive your email, we will review it and refund your money (without the shipping costs) within 2 weeks. You won’t have to send back the item, unless we ask you to.
